Hello, I'm Connor Malarkey.

I lead production teams and build systems that deliver real impact.

Senior Manager

What I do

I lead production teams, build the systems that keep them running, and get in the field to capture immersive content myself. On the ops side I design and automate workflows — cutting the repetitive, solving the hard problems, and making sure clients get a great experience every time. On the R&D side I'm pushing into AI, 360, and CGI to find out what immersive media can actually become.

Work Trip to NYC

I grew up alongside technology. From video games and music to building computers and experimenting with every type of media I could get my hands on, creating and tinkering were always second nature to me. I started filming videos early on, which eventually led me to study media production at Towson University, where I discovered immersive media and became interested in how technology can shape the way people experience digital spaces.

Outside of school, I freelanced across a wide range of projects, picking up practical skills, learning how to adapt quickly, and understanding how creative work functions in real world environments. After graduating, I joined Visiting Media, where my role grew well beyond traditional production. Over time, I helped expand the software, the media formats we supported, and the systems that powered our workflows.

As AI moved from novelty to necessity, my focus evolved again. I stepped into building tools, designing automated workflows, and managing AI agents to accelerate development and remove bottlenecks. Today, I lead teams, streamline complex production pipelines, and use AI accelerated coding to turn ideas into scalable, usable systems. At the core of my work is a drive to connect creativity with structure, and to build tools that make both people and teams more effective.
